QUESTION: How do I know if TLAB Luxury Gaming can come to my house?
ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! We need up to 55 feet of cleared space (as flat as possible).

QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?
ANSWER: We bring two Game Coaches so there’s no doubt! He helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

QUESTION: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
ANSWER: Simply let the Game Coaches know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and will make inappropriate games unavailable.

QUESTION: Is there an extra charge to use your outside gaming, like your competitors?
ANSWER: No, there is not an extra charge. Our outdoor gaming stations are included with all of our video game parties, weather permitting.

QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: We come rain, shine, chilly days or nights or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive.

QUESTION: What time should I make the party?
ANSWER: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first and they all see the grand arrival of our luxury video game theater!

QUESTION: What time will you arrive?
ANSWER: We will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior in order to set-up and rest assured, our door will be open for your guests by the start of your party time!

QUESTION: Do I request certain games?
ANSWER: There is a field for you to request certain games on the booking page, but there’s really no need. We always bring our full game library to every event and your Game Coaches will listen to, make suggestions and evaluate your needs to make your event successful. You may bring and play your own games, but do so at your own risk.

QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to reserve your date, once confirmed, you must pay online. For non-profit/civic entities who must pay in a different manner (purchase order, etc.) please contact us.

QUESTION: What type of Fundraising can we do with a luxury game theater?
ANSWER: We can set up tournament-style or general-style gaming to help raise money for an event or simply to just have fun with a large group of people.

Service Policies by TLAB Luxury Gaming (“TLAB”)

This Statement of Services Policies accompanies our booking
agreement and sets forth other general terms of our engagement.

Customers who wish to be provided with the Services (as defined in the booking agreement) by TLAB Luxury Gaming (“Service Provider” or “TLAB”) must read, acknowledge, and agree to the following terms and conditions of services.

RESERVATION OF SERVICES: 
A valid credit or debit card, Zelle, or Cash App payment is required to reserve the services of TLAB.  The payment method will be kept on file and will only be charged for any unpaid balances that have not been paid by the day of your event. You expressly grant TLAB permission to bill your payment account for the services provided by reserving your event, should there be a balance due.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
A travel–fuel surcharge is applied for locations over 20 miles from TLAB’s zip code of 30038.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: 
Refunds will NOT be issued for bookings canceled within 14 days of the event

If a customer cancels their booking more than 30 days before the scheduled event, the Customer is required to pay a cancellation fee of $25. If a customer cancels their booking within 30 days of the planned event, they must pay a cancellation fee of $100.

WEATHER CONDITIONS (FORCE MAJEURE): 
TLAB will make every possible effort to provide gaming services in adverse weather conditions. Moreover, TLAB reserves the right to reschedule reservations in the event of severe weather. Therefore, customers are encouraged to contact TLAB to reschedule reservations for expected severe weather within five days. If severe weather requires TLAB to reschedule an event, customers will not incur additional fees. However, TLAB shall not be liable for delay or the inability to provide services due to severe weather, traffic accident, road closures, landslides, floods, or other acts of nature or war.

Cooperation of Customer. Customer agrees to comply with all reasonable requests of TLAB and shall provide TLAB’s personnel with access to facilities as may be reasonably necessary for the performance TLAB’s services.

VENUE:
TLAB’s truck and trailer combination requires a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. TLAB reserves the right to decide where to park the truck and trailer in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate the event. TLAB will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property, or equipment.

ADULT SUPERVISION:
A parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult must be present either inside the game truck trailer or within 10 feet of the game truck trailer at all times during the event. A parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult must be within arm’s reach of any child seven years or younger at all times during the event.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
TLAB will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without consent from the client before the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. TLAB will NOT allow adult-only games.

GRATUITY:
Tipping is not required but is appreciated.

ALCOHOL & DRUG POLICY: 
Alcoholic beverages are permitted at TLAB events. However, TLAB reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any event where the use of alcohol compromises the safety and security of TLAB staff, guests, or participants. In addition, drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited from TLAB events. Any observed use of illegal or legal narcotics in any manner or form will immediately cancel the event, and TLAB will issue no refund due to the cancellation.  

FOOD & DRINK POLICY:
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the game truck trailer. Event participants must consume all food and beverages before entry into the game truck.

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE:
Customer acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to TLAB’s equipment caused by any misuse of TLAB’s equipment by Customer or Customer’s guests. Additionally, TLAB reserves the right to charge the Customer’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by Customer’s guests.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver an outstanding service, TLAB’s  entire liability to Customer for any breach of its terms of service, claim, loss, or injury arising from the game truck’s performance is limited to a refund to the Customer of the amount paid for its services less the value of the services provided.

MODEL & PHOTO RELEASE: 
By reserving your event, the Customer expressly grants TLAB permission to use photos from your event in various forms of advertising promoting TLAB and our services. TLAB may use and publish photographs of all persons involved in the event for editorial, trade, advertising, website use, or any other purpose and in any manner and medium that they see fit to promote TLAB. In addition, TLAB may, at our cost and discretion, document aspects of your event with photography, video, and or written word with vendors of our choosing. TLAB will respect your privacy and anonymity by not including your name or photos of you and your guests without prior permission.  

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE:
All agreements between TLAB and Customer will be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law of such state. Any action arising out of this agreement will be brought solely in any state or federal court located in Georgia, DeKalb County.
